COVID-19 Precautions

Small businesses are the foundation of every community across the globe. Many of you may work for a small business, and even more of you support your local community’s small businesses each day.

Here at InVision Interiors & Designs we recognize the challenges ahead for all of us. As the Coronavirus continues to impact everyone, I wanted to take a moment to reach out to you and let you know of the ways that we are going to try and keep you safe.

Below are a few updates of what we’re doing right now:

  • We remain in business. We’ve taken several proactive measures to address the challenges that COVID-19 brings and avoid any disruption to our services. We’re responding as best we can to an ever-evolving situation, so if you are unable to reach us by phone during normal business hours, please send an email or use our online chat and we will respond to you as soon as possible. You can also reach us on social media; Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Houzz.

  • We are creating additional resources. We will be launching online services that are here to serve you. Systems such as online payment options, virtual in-home appointments, and in-home product selections will be implemented this week.

Online payments can be processed through SquareUp for an additional fee or a check can be

mailed to our office for no additional fees.

Virtual in-home appointments can be done through FaceTime or video chat through Facebook

Messenger. If neither of these options are possible, alternate measures can be taken.

If product needs to be selected, our office will email you options of various selections. We will also

drop off possible product at your home for you to review.

  • Wearing protective equipment for your safety. We will be holding off on doing any in person appointments. If a face-to-face meeting is absolutely necessary, we will be wearing protective gear such as a face mask, gloves, or protective glasses. We want to ensure the upmost professionalism and respect for your health and safety.

In 2011, my journey for my true passion of design began, and since then, this passion has grown so much deeper as we have developed so many relationships with small businesses and people around our community. We appreciate your patience and resiliency through these trying times, and just know that we are in this together. We’re here for you and our team is standing by, ready to serve and support you. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
